Christopher Rosario
Christopher Rosario is an American politician who has served in the Connecticut House of Representatives from the 128th district since 2015. Christopher Rosario was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut on January 28, 1979, the youngest of 3 children growing up in the city's East Side neighborhood that he now represents. He is of Puerto Rican descent, although nobody is quite sure where the freckles came from. Rosario was first introduced to local politics in his time as a Legislative Liaison to Bridgeport's City Council where he connected with his mentor and political powerhouse Andres Ayala. Being a blossoming political tactician in his own right Rosario became an irreplaceable part of Ayala's subsequent runs for State Representative and State Senate galvanizing many in the community he grew up in to support his candidates. The Connecticut State House of Representatives is the lower house in the Connecticut General Assembly, the state legislature of the U.S. state of Connecticut. Bill Finch (born March 4, 1956) is an American retired politician who served as mayor of Bridgeport, Connecticut for eight years after previously serving in the Connecticut Senate for seven years. As mayor, he was known for his strong environmentally friendly policies and his tax reform efforts, both of which received local and national praise. Finch lost his role as mayor when he was defeated in 2015 by former mayor and convicted felon, Joe Ganim in the 2015 Bridgeport, Connecticut mayoral election. Dannel Malloy
Dannel Patrick Malloy (; born July 21, 1955) is an American politician, who served as the 88th governor of Connecticut from 2011 to 2019. A member of the Democratic Party, he chaired the Democratic Governors Association from 2016 to 2017. On July 1, 2019, he began his tenure as the Chancellor of the University of Maine System. Born in Stamford, Connecticut, Malloy attended Boston College for both undergraduate and law degrees. Malloy began his career as an assistant district attorney in New York in 1980 before moving back to Stamford and entering private practice. He served on the Stamford board of finance from 1984 to 1994 before being elected Mayor of Stamford. He served four terms as mayor from December 1995 to December 2009. Antonio Felipe (born 1996) is an American politician. He was first elected to the Connecticut House of Representatives in a 2019 special election. Antonio Felipe's father Ruben worked for Bill Finch during Finch's term as mayor of Bridgeport, Connecticut. Antonio was raised in Bridgeport, and attends Housatonic Community College. He managed the political campaigns of state representative Christopher Rosario and city councillor Maria Viggiano. He first ran at age 23 in a special election to replace Ezequiel Santiago who died in office.
