Christophe Galfard
Christophe Galfard (born 1976 in Paris, France) is a French physicist and writer. Biography After graduating from the École Centrale Paris in 1999 and specializing in theoretical physics, he then obtained a PhD at the University of Cambridge under the supervision of Stephen Hawking. He co-published with the latter and Lucy Hawking ''George and the Secrets of the Universe'' in 2007. He then published the ''Prince of Clouds'' novel trilogy with ''Le Blueberry'' (2009), ''Le Matin des trois soleils'' (2012) and ''La Colère du ciel et du vent'' (2013). Stephen Hawking
Stephen William Hawking (8January 194214March 2018) was an English theoretical physics, theoretical physicist, cosmologist, and author who was director of research at the Centre for Theoretical Cosmology at the University of Cambridge. Between 1979 and 2009, he was the Lucasian Professor of Mathematics at Cambridge, widely viewed as one of the most prestigious academic posts in the world. Catherine Lucy Hawking (born 2 November 1970) is an English journalist, novelist, educator, and philanthropist. She is the daughter of the Theoretical physics, theoretical physicist Stephen Hawking and writer Jane Hawking, Jane Wilde Hawking. Thomas Hertog is a Belgian cosmologist at KU Leuven university and was a key collaborator of Professor Stephen Hawking. Early life Thomas Hertog was born on 27 May 1975. He graduated Summa cum laude from KU Leuven in 1997 with an Master of Science, MSc degree in physics.
