Christine Jennifer Peng-Peng Lee (born June 27, 1993) is a retired Canadian artistic gymnast. She was a member of the Canadian team that qualified for the 2012 Summer Olympics and committed to attend UCLA after the Olympics, where she led UCLA to a comeback win at the 2018 NCAA National Championship. Lee prefers using her Chinese name, Peng Peng, when doing gymnastics and she claims that it makes her feel like "someone completely different." Junior career 2007 In May, Lee competed at the Canadian Championships in Regina, Saskatchewan. She placed second in the all around finals with a score of 57.400. and second in balance beam event finals with a score of 15.55. Christina Maisenne Lee (, born 1977) is a Hong Kong politician. Personal life and business career Lee is the daughter of businessman Joseph Lee Chung-tak, who founded the Wofoo Group, a plastics manufacturing firm. She grew up in Hong Kong, attending Maryknoll Convent School where she was captain of the swim team, and also participating in a variety of extracurricular activities including ballet and piano. Unlike many of her friends, she was initially enthusiastic about going abroad for further studies, after completing Form 4 in Hong Kong she chose to attend high school in the United States and then entered the University of Chicago. She graduated there with a degree in public policy before going on to Oxford University to earn a master's in comparative social policy.
