Christine Böhm
Christine Böhm (February 19, 1954 – August 5, 1979) was an Austrian actress. She performed in many comedies and appeared on ''Arsen Lupin'', a 1970s television series. She died in an accident at age 25. Biography Böhm was born on February 19, 1954, in Vienna, Austria. Her father was Maxi Böhm, an Austrian performer. She performed in comedies which were broadcast by the Austrian Television ORF and appeared on the ''Arsen Lupin'' show (primarily known as ''Arsène Lupin'' in its home French market). On August 5, 1979, Böhm died in an accident in Cerro di Laveno, Lake Maggiore, Italy. Arsène Lupin (TV Series)
''Arsène Lupin'' is a French TV show (1971 - 1974) which was co-produced with French, German, Canadian, Belgian, Dutch, Swiss, Italian and Austrian TV stations. It is loosely based on the novels by Maurice Leblanc featuring master thief Arsène Lupin who was featured in 17 novels and 39 short stories. Development Georges Descrières' portrayal of Arsène Lupin showed more similarity to Graf Yoster than to Maurice Leblanc's original depiction of his character. He behaved in the first place as a perfect gentleman who never got angry. Besides rescuing damsels in distress Lupin took on (other) criminals, competing with their wit and intelligence. Either he stole paintings from rich people who had to be considered white-collar criminals or he acted as a detective who derailed criminal schemes. Lake Maggiore
Lake Maggiore (, ; ; ; ; literally 'greater lake') or Verbano (; ) is a large lake located on the south side of the Alps. It is the second largest lake in Italy and the largest in southern Switzerland.
