Chris Warner (comics)
Chris Warner (born 1955) is an American comic book writer, artist, and editor for Dark Horse Comics. He worked extensively on their mid-1990s line of Comics' Greatest World and Dark Horse Heroes. Warner has also worked sporadically for other companies, such as DC Comics and Marvel Comics. Career Warner illustrated several comics based on the ''List of Predator (franchise) comics, Predator'' franchise and came up with the idea for an ''Aliens vs. Predator (comics), Aliens vs. Predator'' crossover. He is listed as the creator of ''Barb Wire (character), Barb Wire'' and the developer of the setting of Steel Harbor for these lines. Ron Randall
Ron Randall (born November 22, 1956) is an American comic book artist best known as the creator of the character Trekker. Career A graduate of The Kubert School, Ron Randall's first published comic book work was a two-page backup story titled "Killers Above -- Killers Below!" which was written by Robert Kanigher and appeared in '' Unknown Soldier'' #243 (September 1980). Randall then drew several stories for the '' Sgt. Rock'' title with Joe Kubert, as well as for many of DC's mystery titles. He and writer Gary Cohn co-created the "Barren Earth" feature as a backup in '' The Warlord'' #63 (November 1982) and it was spun off into a four-issue limited series in 1985. Predator (comic Book)
The ''Predator'' comic books are part of the ''Predator'' franchise and has had several titles published based on the license, most of which are part of the Dark Horse Comics line (Dark Horse also publishes the '' Aliens'' and '' Alien vs. Predator'' lines of comics) but other comics by other distributors have been made. All Predator solo comics, not counting crossovers like Fire and Stone, were set on Earth in either the present or past until Marvel´s 2022 reboot moved the setting for the first time from Earth and into the future. Mark Verheiden (born March 26, 1956) is an American television, movie, and comic-book writer. He was a co-executive producer for the television series '' Falling Skies'' for DreamWorks Television and the TNT network. Career Comics and comic-related work Verheiden's introduction into writing comics came in June 1987, when he penned '' The American'', which was published by Dark Horse Comics in its second year of operation. Starting in March of the following year, he wrote what was to be the first of many Verheiden/Dark Horse comics based on the 20th Century Fox film-series '' Aliens'', and comics based on the similarly licensed property ''Predator'' soon followed. Max Allan Collins (born March 3, 1948) is an American mystery writer, noted for his graphic literature. His work has been published in several formats, such as his '' Ms. Tree'' series and his '' Road to Perdition'' series was the basis for a film of the same name. Mary Jo Duffy (born February 9, 1954) is an American comic book editor and writer, known for her work for Marvel Comics in the 1980s and DC Comics and Image Comics in the 1990s. Biography A native of the New York City area, Duffy attended Wellesley College. As a young woman, she had letters published in Marvel Comics letter columns in the mid-1970s.
