Chris Rothfuss
Chris Rothfuss (born October 21, 1972) is an American politician serving as a Democratic member of the Wyoming Senate, representing the 9th District, which is based in Albany County, since 2011. Early life and education Rothfuss was born in Ann Arbor, and moved with his family to Marquette, Michigan, in 1976, and finally settled in Casper, Wyoming, in 1985. He attended Natrona County High School, where he graduated in 1990. Rothfuss received his PhD in Chemical Engineering and MS in Applied Physics from the University of Washington; and his MS in Chemical Engineering and BA in International Studies from the University of Wyoming where he competed as a member and captain of the Cowboy debate team. Wyoming Senate
The Wyoming Senate is the upper house of the Wyoming Legislature, Wyoming State Legislature. There are 31 Senators in the Senate, representing an equal number of constituencies across Wyoming, each with a population of at least 17,000. The Senate meets at the Wyoming State Capitol in Cheyenne, Wyoming, Cheyenne. Members of the Senate serve four-year terms without term limits. Term limits were declared unconstitutional by the Wyoming Supreme Court in 2004, overturning a decade-old law that had restricted Senators to three terms (twelve years). Mike Enzi
Michael Bradley Enzi ( ; February 1, 1944 – July 26, 2021) was an American politician who served in the United States Senate from Wyoming as a member of the Republican Party (United States), Republican Party from 1997 to 2021. Prior to his tenure in the United States Senate he served as mayor of Gillette, Wyoming, in the Wyoming House of Representatives from Campbell County, Wyoming, Campbell County, and the Wyoming Senate from the Wyoming's 24th State Senate district, 24th district. Jared Olsen (born October 10, 1987) is an American politician. He is a Republican member of the Wyoming Senate. He was previously a member of the Wyoming House of Representatives representing District 11 since January 10, 2017. Career Prior to his election to the state legislature, Olsen was chairman of the Laramie County Republican Party. He is also an attorney in Cheyenne. After the 2020 election, Olsen was also elected to be the Majority Whip of the house. Mike Yin
Michael Yin (born March 14, 1986) is an American politician, software engineer, and businessman. A Democrat, he has represented District 16 of the Wyoming House of Representatives since 2018. Yin is Wyoming's first Chinese-American legislator. Since 2023, Yin has served as Minority Leader in the Wyoming House of Representatives.
