Chris Pedersen (musician)
Chris Pedersen is an American-born musician, best known as the drummer of the groups Camper Van Beethoven and Monks of Doom. He currently resides in Australia. Musical career Pedersen first played with Camper Van Beethoven members David Lowery and Chris Molla in the band Box O' Laffs in the early 1980s. When earlier Camper Van Beethoven drummer Anthony Guess (also a former drummer for Box O' Laffs) left Camper Van Beethoven following their debut album tour in fall of 1985, the group was temporarily without a drummer. Lowery and Molla filled in, also remixing Guess's prerecorded percussion work during much of the recording of their second album, 1986's ''II & III''. Pedersen joined as these recording sessions were finishing, and ended up playing on the track "We're A Bad Trip." Pedersen also played on the albums ''Camper Van Beethoven'', ''Our Beloved Revolutionary Sweetheart'' and ''Key Lime Pie.'' A drum kit (also called a drum set, trap set, or simply drums) is a collection of drums, cymbals, and other auxiliary percussion instruments set up to be played by one person. The player (drummer) typically holds a pair of matching drumsticks, one in each hand, and uses their feet to operate a foot-controlled hi-hat and bass drum pedal. Victor Krummenacher
Victor Krummenacher is an American bass guitarist and guitarist. He is a founding member of alternative rock band Camper Van Beethoven. Career In addition to co-founding Camper Van Beethoven, Krummenacher is also a co-founder of CVB offshoot Monks of Doom, and The Third Mind (with Dave Alvin, David Immerglück, Michael Jerome and Jesse Sykes). He has also worked as a member of the Portland based band Eyelids, Two Heads (with John Moremen, Willie Aron and DJ Bonebrake of X), and Camper Van Chadbourne. As a recording artist, Krummenacher has been active for more than 30 years and has appeared live and in the studio with numerous projects including Cracker, M. Ward, The Illustrious Ancestors (with John Kruth), Pat Thomas' Mushroom and McCabe and Mrs. Miller, a duo formed in 2008 with Alison Faith Levy of The Loud Family. Frank Funaro
Frank Funaro is an American drummer who has played with Del Lords, The Brandos, Camper Van Beethoven, Joey Ramone, The Dictators, Cracker, Nils Lofgren & Dion DiMucci. Funaro collaborated with Joey Ramone on his first solo record '' Don't Worry About Me'' on four tracks. In 1994, Funaro accompanied former Del Lords member Scott Kempner and legendary vocalist Dion DiMucci to form the Little Kings. Funaro joined the lineup of his current band, Cracker, in 1998. The lead-off single from the album, "Northern California Girls", was released on January 1, 2013.
