Chris Brown (ice Hockey)
Christopher James Brown (born February 3, 1991) is an American professional ice hockey center. He is currently playing for HC Slovan Bratislava of the Slovak Extraliga. Brown was drafted by the Phoenix Coyotes in the second round (36th overall) of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft. Playing career As a youth, Brown played in the 2003 Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament with the Dallas Storm minor ice hockey team. He grew up in Flower Mound, Texas, where he played hockey and football for Flower Mound High School. He eventually joined the U.S. National Team Development Program from which he then accepted a scholarship to play college hockey with the University of Michigan Wolverines of the Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA). HC Slovan Bratislava
Hockey Club Slovan Bratislava ( sk, Hokejový klub Slovan Bratislava) is a professional ice hockey club based in Bratislava, Slovakia. In 2012, it left the Slovak Extraliga and joined the international Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). In 2019, it returned to the Tipos Extraliga. Ryan Bourque
Ryan Bourque (born January 3, 1991) is an American ice hockey coach in the Washington Capitals system, having previously been a forward. He is the son of Hockey Hall of Fame defenseman Ray Bourque and the brother of former NHL forward Chris Bourque. He was a third round draft choice (80th overall) by the New York Rangers in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft. 2015–16 NHL Season
The 2015–16 NHL season was the 99th season of operation (98th season of play) of the National Hockey League (NHL). Thirty teams competed in 82-game regular season schedules from October 7, 2015 to April 10, 2016. The 2016 Stanley Cup playoffs following the regular season began on April 13 and ended June 12 with the Pittsburgh Penguins winning their fourth Stanley Cup. The San Jose Sharks are a professional ice hockey team based in San Jose, California. Antti Niemi (ice Hockey)
Antti Niemi (; born 29 August 1983) is a Finnish former professional ice hockey goaltender. He last played for Jokerit of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). Niemi previously played in the National Hockey League (NHL). During the 2009–10 season as a member of the Chicago Blackhawks, he became the first Finnish goaltender to win the Stanley Cup. The 2015 NHL Entry Draft was the 53rd NHL Entry Draft. The draft was held on June 26–27, 2015, at the BB&T Center in Sunrise, Florida. Rostislav "Rusty" Klesla (born March 21, 1982) is a Czech former professional ice hockey defenceman. Klesla was selected fourth overall by the Columbus Blue Jackets in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft, making him the first ever pick in an entry draft by the Blue Jackets. He has also played in the NHL with the Phoenix Coyotes. Playing career Junior Klesla spent the 1997–98 season with HC Opava Jr. of the Czech Republic Junior League, where, in 38 games, Klesla scored 11 goals and 29 points.
