Chris Bourjos
Christopher Bourjos (born October 16, 1954) is an American former professional baseball player who played part of one season for the San Francisco Giants of Major League Baseball. He has worked as an Arizona-based scout (sport), scout. Playing career Bourjos attended Northern Illinois University, where he played baseball for the Northern Illinois Huskies, Huskies in 1975 and 1976. He was signed as an amateur free agent by the Giants on March 26, 1977, and was called up by the Giants late in the 1980 season after playing four years in the minor leagues. Bourjos was traded by the Giants with Bob Knepper to the Houston Astros in exchange for Enos Cabell December 8, 1980, and by the Astros with cash to the Baltimore Orioles in exchange for Kiko Garcia April 1, 1981, but didn't play for either the Astros or Orioles. An outfielder is a person playing in one of the three defensive positions in baseball or softball, farthest from the batter. Alfonso Rafael Garcia (born October 14, 1953) is an American former Major League Baseball infielder of Mexican-American descent. He was nicknamed "Kiko" by his grandmother when he was a small boy. He now coaches the 18u NorCal Choppers fast pitch softball team. Early years Garcia played football and baseball at Ygnacio Valley High School in Concord, California. Peter Christopher Bourjos (born March 31, 1987) is an American former professional baseball center fielder. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim / Los Angeles Angels, St. Louis Cardinals, Philadelphia Phillies, Tampa Bay Rays, and Atlanta Braves. The Angels selected him in the tenth round of the 2005 amateur draft from Notre Dame Preparatory High School in Scottsdale, Arizona. He made his MLB debut for the Angels in 2010. Otto George Denning (December 28, 1912 – May 25, 1992) was an American professional baseball player and manager. His 20-year (1932–51) career was confined to minor league baseball except for 129 games at the Major League level during the World War II manpower shortage for the 1942–43 Cleveland Indians.
