Chiquinho Pastor
Francisco de Jesus Fernandes (21 August 1946 – 14 April 2010), better known as Chiquinho Pastor, was a Brazilian professional footballer who played as a centre-back. Career A defender, Chiquinho Pastor played most of his career at Botafogo, being part of the team's squad in the 1960s, being twice state champion and the Taça Brasil champion in 1968. He also played for Flamengo, where he made 112 appearances and won two more titles, and for Grêmio in 1974, playing 27 matches. He returned to Botafogo in 1975 where he retired. He played in 1973 for two matches for the Brazil national team, against Algeria and Bolivia. Personal life Chiquinho is brother of the also footballer Cafuringa. He received the nickname "Pastor" because he was a reverend of the World Messianic Church of Brazil (IMMB). Juiz de Fora (; ), also known as J.F., is a city in the southeastern Brazilian state of Minas Gerais, approximately from the state border with Rio de Janeiro (state), Rio de Janeiro. Taça Guanabara
The Taça Guanabara ( English: Guanabara Cup) is an annual football tournament attached to the Campeonato Carioca, the state football league in the Rio de Janeiro state. It has been organized since 1965 by the Rio de Janeiro State Football Federation. It has had different formats throughout its history. In its first seven editions (1965, 1966, 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970 and 1971), the Taça Guanabara was a tournament in its own right, unrelated to the Campeonato Carioca, and the winner would represent Rio de Janeiro in the Taça Brasil national league competition. From 1972 onward, the cup became the first round of the Campeonato Carioca. Since 2021, the Taça Guanarabara is the first single round-robin phase of the Campeonato Carioca. The 1974 edition of the Campeonato Carioca kicked off on August 3, 1974 and ended on December 22, 1974. It was organized by FCF (Federação Carioca de Futebol, or Carioca Football Federation).
