Chinonso Offor
Chinonso Nnamdi Offor (born 27 May 2000) is a Nigerian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Arda Kardzhali. Club career Offor was born on 27 May 2000 in Jos, Nigeria but grew up in Ekwulobia in Anambra after having fled Jos due to riots. In 2012, he began playing for Real Sapphire in Lagos. In 2017, Offor moved to Northern Cyprus and joined Binatlı Yılmaz, a club that was not affiliated with FIFA or UEFA. In 2019, Offor received an offer to join Latvian club Daugavpils and signed with them for the 2019 season. On 21 August 2019, Offor made his competitive debut for Daugavpils in the Latvian Cup against Jelgava, starting in the 2–1 defeat. He then scored his first goal in his Virslīga debut against Jelgava, scoring the opener in the 2nd minute of a 2–2 draw. Offor ended his first season in Latvia with 6 goals in 14 matches. The Latvian Football Cup () is the main knockout cup competition in Latvian football. Since 2021, its full name is Responsible Game Latvian Football Cup (''Atbildīgas spēles Latvijas kauss'') due to the sponsorship by sports betting company William Hill. The tournament was launched in 1937, replacing the previous knockout tournament – the Riga Football Cup. The competition is a knockout (single elimination) tournament. From 1937 to 2008 and again since 2017, all of the games of the tournament are played within the year. During the Soviet occupation ( 1940–1941, 1944–1991) it served as a qualification tournament for the Soviet Cup. 2021 Chicago Fire FC Season
The 2021 Chicago Fire FC season was the club's 26th year of existence, as well as their 24th in Major League Soccer. This was the Fire's first season with fans in Soldier Field since 2005 (the Fire had officially moved in 2020, however fans were not allowed in Soldier Field due to the pandemic).
