Chilakaluripet Municipality is the local self government in Chilakaluripet of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is classified as a ''first grade municipality''. Administration The municipality was constituted in 1964, which covers an area of and has 34 election wards. Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM), Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, or Clean India Mission is a country-wide campaign initiated by the Government of India in 2014 to eliminate open defecation and improve solid waste management.
