Chienkuo Technology University
Chienkuo Technology University (CTU; ) is a private university located in Changhua City, Changhua County, Taiwan. The university offers undergraduate and graduate programs in a variety of fields, including engineering, management, design, humanities, and social sciences. The university has a number of international partnerships and encourages its students to study abroad through exchange programs. History CTU was initially established in October 1965 as Chienkuo Commercial Junior College. It changed its name in August 1974 to Chienkuo Industrial Junior College and again in November 1992 as Chienkuo Industrial-and-Commercial Junior College. It underwent restructuring in August 1999 to become Chienkuo Institute of Technology. It finally changed its name to Chienkuo Technology University in August 2004. Changhua
Changhua (Hokkien POJ: ''Chiong-hòa'' or ''Chiang-hòa''), officially known as Changhua City, is a county-administered city and the county seat of Changhua County in Taiwan Province of the Republic of China. For many centuries the site was home to a settlement of Babuza people, a coastal tribe of Taiwanese aborigines. Changhua city is ranked first by population among county-administered cities. It is part of the Taichung–Changhua metropolitan area, which is the second largest in Taiwan. Historically, Changhua city was a base for the Han Chinese when they invaded Taiwan against the Taiwanese aborigines, constructing a fortress built out of bamboo. Changhua County
Changhua County (Mandarin Pinyin: ''Zhānghuà Xiàn''; Wade-Giles: ''Chang¹-hua⁴ Hsien⁴''; Hokkien POJ: ''Chiang-hòa-koān'' or ''Chiong-hòa-koān'') is the smallest county on the main island of Taiwan by area, and the fourth smallest in the country. Changhua Railway Station
Changhua () is a railway station in Changhua City, Changhua County, Taiwan served by Taiwan Railways. It is located at the southern junction of the Taichung line and Coastal line, where the line continues onto the southern section of the West Coast line. Overview The station has two island platforms and one side platform. Currently, there is an overpass at the south side of the station to access the back station platforms. A cross-platform station is currently under construction on the north side.
