Chevrolet Corvair Monza GT
The Chevrolet Corvair Monza GT (XP-777) is an experimental mid-engined prototype automobile built by General Motors in 1962. Based on the early model Chevrolet Corvair series, it remained a concept car, and did not enter production. Design and development In response to consumer advocate Ralph Nader's ''Unsafe at Any Speed'', Chevrolet began developing a front-engine, front-wheel drive version of the Corvair; GM design chief Bill Mitchell (designer), Bill Mitchell repurposed a 1962 design project by moving the transaxle to the rear, resulting in a mid-engine Corvair derivative. James Ellis Hall (born July 23, 1935) is a retired American racing driver, race car constructor, and team owner. Autopia
Autopia is a race track attraction at various Disney theme parks, in which patrons steer specially designed cars through an enclosed track. Versions of Autopia exist at Disneyland at Anaheim, California and Disneyland Paris in Marne-la-Vallée, France. The New York International Auto Show is an annual auto show that is held in Manhattan, New York City in late March or early April. It is held at the Jacob Javits Convention Center. Road America is a motorsport Road racing, road course located near Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin on Wisconsin Highway 67.
