Cheung Sai Ho
Cheung Sai Ho (; 27 August 1975 – 22 April 2011) was a Hong Kong professional footballer who played as an attacking midfielder. Club career In July 2008, Cheung officially announced his retirement from professional football. International career In the 1993 Gothia Cup, at the age of 18, Cheung scored the then fastest ever goal on record (2.8 seconds). On 28 October 2007, Cheung played his last game for Hong Kong during the 2010 FIFA World Cup qualification, where he helped Hong Kong to defeat East Timor 2–3 away and 8–1 at home to advance to the next round. Hong Kong Stadium is the main sports venue of Hong Kong. Redeveloped from the original Government Stadium, it reopened as Hong Kong Stadium in March 1994. Lee Kin Wo
Lee Kin Wo (; born 20 October 1967) is a former Hong Kong professional footballer who played as a winger. Lee won the Hong Kong Footballer of the Year award three times during his career. He holds an AFC "A" License. Club career Lee made his debut in Hong Kong First Division on 13 October 1985 when he was only 17 years old. He is most memorable for participating in the friendly match for South China (Lee was loaned from Eastern for that match, along with Dale Tempest) versus São Paulo, the Brazilian team with national representatives Cafu, Leonardo Araújo and Zetti at that time. Ku Kam Fai (; born 27 January 1961) is a Hong Kong former professional footballer and the current head coach of South China. His nickname is Muk Tsui Fai (木嘴輝). Zhongshan Soccer Stadium
Zhongshan Soccer Stadium, Chungshan Soccer Stadium, or Taipei Soccer Stadium () was a multi-purpose stadium in Zhongshan District, Taipei, Taiwan. It was established in 1923 as during the Japanese period. The soccer stadium was opened in 1989, it was reconstructed from the former site of Yuanshan Baseball Ground () under the guidance of then Chinese Taipei Football Association President Chiang Wei-kuo. Although it was built as a soccer-specific stadium, it was mostly used for live concerts or other activities due to lack of professional football league in Taiwan. 2004 AFC Asian Cup Qualification
The qualification process for the 2004 AFC Asian Cup football competition began in March 2003. Out of the 45 AFC members, only Cambodia and the Philippines failed to enter for the tournament. Both China, the hosts and Japan, the reigning champions automatically qualified for the finals. The lowest ranked 20 teams were placed in 6 preliminary qualifying groups of 3 and one group of 2, with the group winners joining the remaining 21 teams in 7 groups of 4.
