Chennai Football Association (CFA) is a sports governing body that governs the association football, football in and around the Chennai district of Tamil Nadu. It is a member of the Tamil Nadu Football Association, which is affiliated to the All India Football Federation (AIFF). The CFA organises Chennai Football League, overlooking promotion and development of football in the bustling city of Chennai. The Tamil Nadu Football Association (also known as Tamilnadu; abbreviated as TNFA), formerly the Madras Football Association, is one of the 36 Indian state football associations that are affiliated with the All India Football Federation.
