Chen Ruolin
Chen Ruolin (; born 12 December 1992) is a Chinese diver. Her most recent competition saw her win the synchronized 10 metre platform diving event with her partner Liu Huixia at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. Career Chen was born in Nantong, Jiangsu. She won the gold medals in the women's 10m platform and 10m synchronized platform at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing for Team China, then duplicated the double gold performance at the London 2012 Summer Olympics. In the 2011 World Aquatics Championships held in Shanghai, Chen won two gold medals for Women's 10 m platform and Women's 10 m synchro platform (partnering Wang Hao). She became the first Chinese female diver who claimed all the gold medals in women's platform events in Olympic Games, World Cup and World Championships. Nantong
Nantong (; alternate names: Nan-t'ung, Nantung, Tongzhou, or Tungchow; Qihai dialect: ) is a prefecture-level city in southeastern Jiangsu province, China. Located on the northern bank of the Yangtze River, near the river mouth. Nantong is a vital river port bordering Yancheng to the north; Taizhou to the west; Suzhou, Wuxi and Shanghai to the south across the river; and the East China Sea to the east. 2009 World Aquatics Championships
The 2009 World Aquatics Championships ( it, Campionati mondiali di nuoto 2009) or the XIII FINA World Championships were held in Rome, Italy from 18 July to 2 August 2009. The 2009 Championships featured competition in all 5 aquatics disciplines: diving, swimming, open water swimming, synchronised swimming and water polo. Rome won the right to stage the event on 16 July 2005 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Rome defeated rival bids from Athens (Greece), Moscow (Russia) and Yokohama ( Japan). A record 2556 athletes from 185 countries participated. FINA's decision to allow the use of polyurethane suits caused these Championships to be dubbed the "Plastic Games". 2016 FINA Diving World Cup
The 2016 FINA Diving World Cup took place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from 19 to 24 February 2016. It was the 20th edition of the Diving World Cup, and the first time being hosted by Brazil. The venue was the Maria Lenk Aquatic Centre. The meet served as a test event for the 2016 Olympic Games. The Rio Olympic Games Organising Committee provided mosquito repellent and performed daily cleaning of the venue in response to concerns over the 2015–2016 Zika virus epidemic. The 2010 FINA Diving World Cup was held in Changzhou, Jiangsu, People's Republic of China from June 2 to June 6, 2010. It was the 17th FINA Diving World Cup competition. 146 divers from 33 countries and regions competed in this World Cup. The 16th FINA World Championships (russian: Чемпионат мира по водным видам спорта 2015), also Aquatics 2015, were held in Kazan, Russia from 24 July to 9 August 2015. Russia hosted this event for the first time. The number of participating national teams (190), athletes (2,400) and the number of medals (75) were the most ever amongst these championships. This was the first time the World Aquatics Championships partially overlaps with the FINA World Masters Championships that have a number of athletes (near 5,500), countries (110) and medals (635) which are the most ever also.
