Check My Ears
''Check My Ears'' is a compilation of the three 7" vinyl singles Turn released throughout 2000. The primary singles were "Facedown", "Beretta" and "Beeswax'". The B Sides that complete the six-track EP are "Truth", "Plan" and " Never Needed". Although ''Check My Ears'' was only released on CD, it kept in tone with the Vinyl releases, as the back insert had a circle cut out to link up the letters 'UR' which appeared on the CD itself to 'T' and 'N' which appear on the left and right sides of the cutout. The CD itself also had only a small circle label in the middle, while all 7" singles were released on clear vinyl with small circle labels as well. The Inlay cover also folded out to show the covers of the Facedown, Beretta and "Beeswax" singles. Turn (band)
Turn are an Irish band. History Turn formed in 1998 when lead singer/guitarist Ollie Cole and drummer Ian Melady joined forces with Dublin bass player Gavin Fox, whom they met at a local recording studio. Cole and Melady had been friends since youth and had previously formed Pixies-influenced punk band ''Swampshack''. Through frantic gigging and the release of a few choice 7" singles, Turn started to earn a name for themselves and soon found themselves signed to Infectious Records. Their debut album, ''Antisocial'', soon followed and Turn looked to be on their way to stardom. Infectious, however, were not too interested in releasing any singles from the album and Turn soon found themselves in record company limbo once again. With their schedule clear, Turn hit the road again playing gigs to get funds for more recording. The ''In Position EP'' was the fruit of these labours, a six track snapshot on their own ''Nurture'' label in March 2002 which was a taster of what was to come. ... ''Antisocial'' is the first full-length album released by Turn Turn may refer to: Arts and entertainment Dance and sports * Turn (dance and gymnastics), rotation of the body * Turn (swimming), reversing direction at the end of a pool * Turn (professional wrestling), a transition between face and heel * Turn, ..., an Irish rock trio from Kells, County Meath. Beeswax
Beeswax (''cera alba'') is a natural wax produced by honey bees of the genus ''Apis''.
