Che Runqiu
Che Runqiu ( ; born 25 October 1990 in Guangzhou, China), is a former Chinese-born Hong Kong professional footballer who played as a defender. Club career Che joined Hong Kong First Division club Tai Po in 2009. He started developed as a regular first team member in the 2011–12 season as he featured a total of 19 matches in the season. Che joined fellow First Division club Southern on 21 June 2013. On 11 July 2017, Southern announced via Facebook that they had brought back Che. On 29 July 2019, Che returned to Tai Po on a permanent basis. International career On 21 June 2013, Che was selected into the 28-men Hong Kong under-23 training squad for the 2013 East Asian Cup. Hong Kong Senior Challenge Shield
The Hong Kong Senior Challenge Shield (), known commonly as the Senior Shield, is the football knockout inter-club competition held in Hong Kong and the fourth oldest football tournament in Asia. Traditionally, only the teams in the Hong Kong Premier League are entered into the competition. However, on occasion teams in lower divisions, usually the champions of the Junior Shield, are invited in order to increase the number of participating teams. The current Senior Shield holders are Eastern. History Hong Kong Football Cup was a knockout cup competition which was established in 1895. It had been renamed to Hong Kong Challenge Shield due to the changes of the trophy. It had been divided in Senior Shield and Junior Shield since 1922–23 season. The 2013–14 Hong Kong First Division League, officially named 2013–14 HKFA RedMR Hong Kong First Division League due to sponsorship reasons, is the 102nd season of the First Division League since its establishment. It will be a transition season before the new Premier League gets under way in autumn 2014. The 2009–10 Hong Kong Football Association First Division League (known as HKFA bma First Division League for sponsorship reasons) was the 98th top tier football league of Hong Kong. Because of the renovation of Mong Kok Stadium which will last for two league seasons, the current First Division League has allocated eight stadia for the eleven participating teams to play their home games. The inaugural match was held between South China and Tai Chung on 6 September 2009.
