Chaudhry Ejaz Yousaf
Chaudhry Ejaz Yousaf (born 7 January 1952) is a Pakistani retired judge and lawyer who served as the 10th Chief Justice of the Federal Shariat Court, chief justice of the Federal Shariat Court from 9 May 2003 to 8 May 2006. Biography Yousaf was born in Quetta, Pakistan. He did his Primary school, early schooling Municipal High School Depalpur, Government High School, Mianwali and Central Model School, Lahore. He obtained his matriculation from Punjab Board of School Education (PBSC) and intermediate from the Government Islamia Science College, Karachi. He graduated from the University of Balochistan and obtained Bachelor of Laws and master's in Economics from the same university in 1974. He became advocate of the Balochistan Bar Council and the Sindh Bar Council on 31 May 1976. He became advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan on 12 August 1978 and 15 June 1991. Pervez Musharraf
Pervez Musharraf (11 August 1943 – 5 February 2023) was a Pakistani general and politician who served as the tenth president of Pakistan from 2001 to 2008. Federal Shariat Court
The Federal Shariat Court (FSC) is a constitutional islamic religious court of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, which has the power to examine and determine whether the laws of the country comply with Sharia law. The court was established in 1980 during the government of the President General Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq. It is located in the federal capital, Islamabad. It hears appeals under the Hudood Ordinances, a religious legislation in the country introduced in 1979. The Federal Shariat Court is the only authority which holds the constitutional power to prohibit and prevent the enactment of laws which are deemed to be un-Islamic by the parliament of Pakistan. The Anti-Narcotics Force (, reporting name: ''ANF'') is a federal executive bureau and a paramilitary force of the Government of Pakistan, tasked with combating the narcotics smuggling and use within Pakistan.
