Charly Runciman
Charly Runciman (born 22 July 1993) is an Australian professional rugby league footballer who plays as a and er for the St. George Illawarra Dragons in the Canterbury Cup NSW. He previously played for the St. George Illawarra Dragons in the NRL and the Widnes Vikings in the Super League. Background Born in Dubbo, New South Wales, Runciman played his junior football for the St Johns and Dubbo CYMS, before being signed by the St. George Illawarra Dragons. Playing career Early career In 2012 and 2013, Runciman played for the St. George Illawarra Dragons' NYC team. At the end of 2012, he was named the Dragons' NYC Player of the Year. Junior Kangaroos
The Junior Kangaroos side represents Australia in the sport of rugby league. They are commonly known as the Junior Kangaroos, after the native marsupial of that name. Since 2019, they are an under-23 side, with players selected from the NRL. They are administered by the Australian Rugby League Commission. History Prior to 2010, the Junior Kangaroos was selected on an under-19 age basis. The best Australian players 19 years of age or younger, would represent the country against the likes of the Junior Kiwis, Papua New Guinea and Tonga, sometimes as curtain raisers to the senior Kangaroos games. The Junior Kiwis side represents New Zealand in the sport of rugby league. They are commonly known as the Junior Kiwis, after the native bird of that name. Penrith Panthers
The Penrith Panthers are an Australian professional rugby league football club based in the western Sydney suburb of Penrith that competes in the NRL. The team is based west of the centre of Sydney, at the foot of the Blue Mountains. Penrith are the current reigning NRL Premiers, having won the title four times. Penrith were admitted to the New South Wales Rugby League (NSWRL) competition in 1967. Penrith struggled for almost twenty years before finally reaching their first finals series. The club achieved its first Grand Final appearance in 1990 but were beaten by the Canberra Raiders 18–14.
