Charlotte Hawkins
Charlotte Mary Hawkins (born 16 May 1975) is a British television and radio presenter, newsreader and journalist. Hawkins joined ITV's '' Meridian Tonight'' in 2003, hosting its main news programme, leaving in 2006 to become co-presenter of Sky's breakfast programme ''Sunrise'' with Eamonn Holmes. In 2014, she left Sky to co-present the ITV Breakfast programme '' Good Morning Britain''. She also presents a Sunday evening programme on Classic FM. She was a contestant in the fifteenth series of ''Strictly Come Dancing'' but was eliminated in the fourth week. Early life Hawkins was born on 16 May 1975 in Chichester, West Sussex. LBC (originally the London Broadcasting Company) is a British phone-in and talk radio station owned and operated by Global and based in its headquarters in London. It was the UK's first licensed commercial radio station, and began to broadcast on Monday 8 October 1973, a week ahead of Capital Radio. Benjamin Peter Sherrington Shephard (born 11 December 1974) is an English television presenter and journalist who is currently the co-presenter of ITV's '' This Morning'' (2024–present), alongside Cat Deeley. Matthew Barbet (born 8 June 1976) is a British television presenter and journalist, best known for his work with Channel 5 and ITV. ''5 News'' is the flagship news programme of British broadcaster 5. It is produced by ITN from its main newsroom on London's Gray's Inn Road, and has been broadcast since Channel 5's launch in March 1997. The ITV News Channel was a 24-hour television news channel in the United Kingdom which broadcast from 1 August 2000 to 23 December 2005. It was available on Sky, NTL:Telewest, and analogue cable. It was also available during the morning on ITV Digital. The channel was carried by its replacement Freeview, although the launch of ITV4 saw its hours on that platform reduced to 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
