Charlie Tear
Charles Joseph Tear (born 12 June 2004) is a Scottish cricketer who played as wicket-keeper-batter for Scotland. He also played for Scotland national under-19 cricket team in the 2022 Under-19 Men's Cricket World Cup. Domestic career In May 2022, Tear signed his first professional contract with Sussex. He made his first-class debut for Sussex against Durham in 2022 County Championship on 20 September 2022. He made his List A debut for Sussex against Gloucestershire in 2022 One-Day Cup on 18 August 2023. In April 2024 Gloucestershire signed him on loan from Sussex for two weeks. International career In February 2024, he was named in Scotland's ODI squad for the 2024 United Arab Emirates Tri-Nation Series which was the part of 2023–2027 ICC Cricket World Cup League 2. 2022 County Championship
The 2022 County Championship (referred to as the LV= Insurance County Championship for sponsorship reasons) was the 122nd cricket County Championship season in England and Wales. The season began on 7 April and ended on 29 September 2022. Warwickshire were the defending champions. The 2024 ICC Men's T20 World Cup was the ninth edition of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup, co-hosted by Cricket West Indies and USA Cricket from 1 to 29 June 2024. The Dubai International Stadium, aka the Dubai Sports City Cricket Stadium, is a multi-purpose stadium in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
