Charlie Reed (journalist)
Charlie M. Reed is an American journalist and former Yokota Bureau correspondent for Stars and Stripes. She graduated from the University of Florida in 2001. She reported for Scripps Treasure Coast Newspapers and the Osceola News-Gazette, where she returned to stateside in 2014. A journalist is an individual that collects/gathers information in form of text, audio, or pictures, processes them into a news-worthy form, and disseminates it to the public. The act or process mainly done by the journalist is called journalism. Yokota Air Base
, is a Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF) and United States Air Force (USAF) base in the Tama Area, or Western Tokyo. It occupies portions of Akishima, Fussa, Hamura, Mizuho, Musashimurayama, and Tachikawa. The base houses 14,000 personnel. It occupies a total area of and has a runway.
