Charles Rhodes (born June 25, 1985) is an American professional basketball player for the Shiga Lakestars of the B.League . Coming out of high school, Charles was heavily recruited by perennial basketball powerhouses like Oklahoma, Mississippi State, Alabama, and Arkansas. Rhodes committed early on in his senior year to Mississippi State and had a solid season leading Lanier High School to a state runner up finish that year by averaging 18.4ppg, 12.1rpg, and 2.7bpg. College As a freshman at Mississippi State University, Rhodes was used sparingly due to minor off court incidents like showing late for practices and missing a team flight to a game. The San Miguel Beermen are a professional basketball team in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). It is one of three PBA clubs owned by the San Miguel Corporation group of companies along with the Magnolia Hotshots and Barangay Ginebra San Miguel. The West Virginia Mountaineers are the athletic teams that represent West Virginia University, an American university located in Morgantown, West Virginia. The National Invitational Tournament (NIT) is a men's college basketball tournament operated by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).
