''Moral Orel'' is an American stop-motion animated television series for adults created by Dino Stamatopoulos which originally aired on Cartoon Network's nighttime programming block Adult Swim from December 13, 2005, to December 18, 2008. The series follows the titular Orel Puppington, a young happy-go-lucky and naïve Protestant who showcases his commitment to God, while dealing with the cynicism of his abusive and alcoholic father, his lethargic mother, and the devoutly Protestant town of Moralton in which he resides. A moral (from Latin ''morālis'') is a message that is conveyed or a lesson to be learned from a story or event.
