FC Yantra ( bg, ФК Янтра) is a Bulgarian football club based in Gabrovo, which plays in Second League, the second tier of Bulgarian football. The club was originally founded in 1919 and home matches are played at Stadion Hristo Botev. Its home stadium has a capacity of 14 000 seats. Club colors are green and white. History The club was founded in the summer of 1919 under the name of FC City of Gabrovo. Its founders are Hristo Bobchev, dr. Dencho Nedyalkov, Simeon Kostov, Kosta Tepavicharov, Nikola Vulnarov, Nencho Dimitrov, Hristofor Negentsov, Hristofor Stomonyakov, Hristo Karafezov, Dimitar Popov, Sava Mihailov, Ivan, Naniu and Georgi Nenov. On 21 September 1919 the club played its first game against Gorna Oryahovitsa and won 1:0. Stadion Hristo Botev ( bg, Стадион „Христо Ботев“, en, 'Hristo Botev Stadium' ) is a multi-purpose stadium in Gabrovo, Bulgaria. Mihail Minkov ( bg, Михаил Минков; born 6 February 1993) is a Bulgarian professional footballer who plays as a defender for Yantra Gabrovo. The team captain of an association football team, sometimes known as the skipper, is a team member chosen to be the on-pitch leader of the team; they are often one of the older or more experienced members of the squad, or a player that can heavily influence a game or has good leadership qualities. Todor Chavorski ( bg, Тодор Чаворски; born 30 March 1993) is a Bulgarian footballer who plays as a forward for Yantra Gabrovo. Career Youth career Chavorski has been training in Levski Sofia's youth academy since 2002. On 28 February 2010, he scored the winning goal in the Eternal Derby, playing for the Youth team.
