	Cyril Chantler Sir Cyril Chantler (born 12 May 1939) is a British paediatric nephrologist. Chantler was notable for devising a method with Norman Veale of measuring glomerular function in children and later researched diet and growth failure in children with renal impairment. Chantler was most notable for holding an independent review of public health evidence for standardised tobacco packaging that later became known as the ''Chantler Review'' that led to standardised packaging for tobacco and cigarette packets. Life Chantler was educated at Wrekin College between 1952 and 1957. 	Scott Chantler Scott Chantler (born February 9, 1972) is a Canadian cartoonist and illustrator known for his historical and children's fantasy graphic novels. Early life Chantler was born in Deep River, Ontario, Canada. He attended the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario, majoring in fine arts/film studies. He later studied computer animation at Sheridan College in Oakville, Ontario. Career Chantler began as a commercial illustrator in a corporate communications firm. With writer J. Torres, he went on to publish a graphic novel, ''Days Like This'', and after more such work eventually began writing as well as drawing graphic novels. In 2015 he was appointed Cartoonist-in-Residence at the University of Windsor. 	John Chantler McDougall John Chantler McDougall (1842–1917) was a missionary, civil servant and published author in Alberta, Canada. Personal life John McDougall was born in 1842 in Sydenham, Upper Canada. He moved west with his father George Millward McDougall to the boreal forest trading post of Norway House in 1860. He followed in his father's footsteps and did missionary work in the western Prairies. He worked for multiple governments on First Nations issues over the years; and worked with Native leaders to lobby governments to improve conditions for their people, such as travelling with Little Bear to Ottawa in 1897. Political involvement McDougall ran for a seat in the Legislative Assembly of Alberta in the 1913 Alberta general election under the Alberta Liberal banner in the electoral district of Centre Calgary.
