Chantal Liseth Martínez Rodriguez (born 28 December 1990) is a Panamanians, Panamanian former professional boxer who competed from 2006 to 2023. She held the World Boxing Association, WBA female super-bantamweight title from 2011 to 2012 and challenged once for the World Boxing Council, WBC female super-bantamweight title in 2013. Professional career Martínez began her professional career at 15 on 15 July 2006 in El Valle de Antón, where she lost her first fight to Carolina Alvarez of Venezuela and again on 29 December. On 27 April 2007, she won her first fight against Juseth Araúz in Panama City. Super bantamweight, also known as junior featherweight, is a boxing weight classes, weight class in professional boxing, contested from and up to . There were attempts by boxing promoters in the 1920s to establish this weight class, but few sanctioning organizations or state athletic commissions would recognize it. Lisa Brown (born January 17, 1971, in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago) is a Trinidadian boxer. During her career, from which she retired, she held the WIBA and WBA super bantamweight titles. Early life Lisa Brown was born 17 January 1971, in the city of Port of Spain in Trinidad and Tobago. Brown was born into a family of four as the only girl. Brown was interested in cricket in Trinidad. When she emigrated to Canada at the age of 17 she searched for a similar sport, but cricket wasn't as recognized in Canada. She married professional boxer Errol Brown who discovered her talent and encouraged her to get into boxing. He also became her trainer.
