Chandni Football Club is an Indian football club based in Calicut, Kerala. The club has formerly played in the I-League 2nd Division alongside the Kerala Premier League. EMS Corporation Stadium
The EMS Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Kozhikode, Kerala, India. It is currently used mostly for football matches. The stadium is currently home of I-League side Gokulam Kerala FC, together with Indian Women's League side Gokulam Kerala FC (women). It could hold more than 50,000 spectators and was built in 1977. The stadium is named after communist leader E.M.S. Namboodiripad who was the first Chief Minister of Kerala. Renovations The stadium was reconstructed and reopened in February 2005 by hosting the home matches of SBT in the national football league. The stadium has installed improved floodlight. The 2010 I-League 2nd division was the third season of the second tier of the I-League, the highest football league in India. It commenced on 26 March 2010 with the first matches of the first round and ended in early May 2010 with the last matches of the promotion round.
