Chandni Chowk (Lok Sabha Constituency)
Chandni Chowk Lok Sabha constituency is one of the seven Lok Sabha (parliamentary) constituencies in the Indian National Capital Territory of Delhi. This constituency came into existence in 1956. It is the smallest constituency of Lok Sabha in terms of area. Parlad Singh Sawhney (born 15 March 1950) is an Indian politician from New Delhi. He is a 5th term member of the Delhi Legislative Assembly representing Aam Aadmi Party. Early life and education Sawhney is from Chandni Chowk, Delhi. He is the son of late Hara Singh Sawhney. He studied BA but discontinued in his third year in 1971 at a college affiliated with Gwalior University. Som Dutt is an Indian politician and is member of the Fifth Legislative Assembly of Delhi, Fifth and Sixth Legislative Assembly of Delhi.
