Petchdam Lukborai or Petchdam Sor.Bodin ( th, เพชรดำ ลูกบ่อไร่, เพชรดำ ส.บดินทร์) is a Thai former Muay Thai kickboxer who became famous during the late 1980s to early 1990s, the golden age of Muay Thai. Biography and career Petchdam was born in 1963 in Lopburi, central region, but grew up in the Chanthaburi in eastern region. He fought for the first time when he was about 13 years old at a local temple fair, earning 50 baht. He had about 45 fights in various provinces before reaching the prestigious national stadiums, such as the Rajadamnern and Lumpinee Boxing Stadiums. Dida Diafat
Dida Diafat (born 24 April 1970) is an Algerian-French Muay Thai kickboxer who became a world champion in Thai kickboxing or Muay Thai at age 21. A fictionalised version of his life is depicted in the 2005 movie ''Chok-Dee'', in which he plays himself. Biography At the age of 18, Dida Diafat left the town of Villiers le Bel (Val d'Oise) to join the Muay Thai training camps of Thailand and became 3 years later the first Algerian and Frenchman to be a Muay Thai world champion. He became the first Thai kickboxing fighter to win a contract with a French television channel - specifically, Canal+ in 1994. Sakmongkol Sithchuchok ( th, ศักดิ์มงคล ศิษย์ชูโชค; born 6 July 1973) is a Thai super middleweight Muay Thai-kickboxer. Sakmongkol is considered one of the most legendary Muay Thai fighters of all time, defeating other Muay Thai greats as Ramon Dekkers, Dany Bill, Perry Ubeda, John Wayne Parr, Jongsanan Fairtex. Jongsanan Fairtex ( th, จงสนั่น แฟร์เท็กซ์) is a Thai Muay Thai fighter. Biography and career Jongsanan was born July 24, 1974, in Chaiyaphum Province. He grew up in a poor farming family, he was introduced to Muay Thai by his grandfather with whom he would watch fights on the local television. He wasn't doing well in school and told his parents he wanted to be a fighter. He started fighting in the region from the age of 11. At 16 Jongsanan managed to join the Fairtex Gym in Bangkok through his uncle's connections. The first five months were rough as he didn't receive any training and kept doing various chores until the gym needed him as a last minute replacement. After the win on short notice Jongsanan gained respect of the trainers, most notably of Monlit Sitphodaeng. Jomhod Kiatadisak
Jomhod "King of the Ring" Kiatadisak (born 5 July 1970) is a professional Muay Thai fighter from Phang Nga province in the South of Thailand. He started learning muay Thai at the age of 7 and won his first fight when he was 11 years old. In 1986, Jomhod won the Southern Thailand Championship in 59.6 kg weight category and the same year, at the age of 16, he moved to Bangkok and began his proper fighting career. Jomhod fought in Lumpinee stadium for the first time in 1989. At the age of 18 he won the Lumpinee Lightweight Title, he never lost the belt but vacated it to move up in weight. In 1994 he won the Rachadamernn Championship in the same weight class, followed by the super lightweight title the next year and at one stage simultaneously held titles in both Lumpinee Stadium and Rajadamnern Stadium.
