Bharathan
Bharathan (14 November 1946 – 30 July 1998) was an Indian film maker, artist, and art director. Bharathan is noted for being the founder of a new school of film making in Malayalam cinema, along with Padmarajan and K. G. George, in the 1980s, which created films that were widely received while also being critically acclaimed. A train of directors, and screenwriters followed this school onto the 1990s including Sibi Malayil, Kamal, Lohithadas and Jayaraj. Nedumudi Venu
Kesavan Venugopal (22 May 1948 – 11 October 2021), better known by his stage name Nedumudi Venu, was an Indian actor and screenwriter from Kerala, who predominantly worked in Malayalam cinema. He acted in more than 500 films, primarily in Malayalam and also in Tamil in a career spanning nearly five decades. He wrote screenplays and directed one film. Vipindas (1938 – 12 February 2011) was an Indian cinematographer and director. He has cinematographed more than 200 films in Malayalam alone, and has directed a couple of films. Biography Vipindas was born in 1938 in Pazhayannur, Thrissur, Kerala, as the son of Pallippatta Sankaran Nair and Lakshmi Amma. At the age of 15, he went to Madras (now Chennai) to study photography. He had no formal education in photography but was able to assist veteran Bollywood cinematographer Beevashom for three years. Vipindas started his film career with the Tamil film ''Thalattu'', which he also directed. He debuted in Malayalam through ''Prethangalude Thazhvara'' by P.Venu.
