José MarÃa GarcÃa-Cernuda Estrada de Nora (17 March 1888 – 2 September 1977) was a Spanish politician and sports leader. He was a president of the , a vice president of the Spanish football club Atlético Madrid, and the manager of the Spanish national team between 1923 and 1924.
