Jajrom () is a city in the Central District of Jajrom County, North Khorasan province, Iran, serving as capital of both the county and the district. Demographics Population At the time of the 2006 National Census, Jajrom had been joined with Garmeh since 1998 as the city of Garmeh-ye Jajrom, whose population was 24,368 in 6,332 households. Iran Standard Time (IRST) or Iran Time (IT) is the time zone used in Iran. Iran uses a UTC offset UTC+03:30. IRST is defined by the 52.5 degrees east meridian, the same meridian which defines the Iranian calendar and is the official meridian of Iran.
