Celina Leão Hizim Ferreira (born 2 March 1977) is a Brazilian business administrator and politician affiliated with Progressistas (PP), who currently serves as the vice-governor of the Federal District and acting governor after the removal of Ibaneis Rocha for 90 days by Supreme Federal Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes. Leão is former Chamber of Deputies (Brazil), federal deputy and former state deputy, who previously served president of the Legislative Chamber of the Federal District. Leão was elected in the first round as vice-governor in 2022, and served only 8 days before assuming the interim governorship. Progressistas Politicians
Progressistas (; PP) is a centre-right to right-wing political party in Brazil. Founded in 1995 as the Brazilian Progressive Party, it emerged from parties that were successors to ARENA, the ruling party of the Brazilian military dictatorship. A pragmatist party, it supported the governments of presidents Fernando Henrique Cardoso, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, Dilma Rousseff, and Michel Temer. The order of precedence in Brazil is a symbolic hierarchy of officials used to direct protocol. It is regulated by Presidential Decree number 70.274 of March 9, 1972, signed by former President Emilio Medici. The following order applies to ceremonies hosted by the federal government. Alexandre de Moraes (; born 13 December 1968 in São Paulo) is a Brazilian jurist, currently serving as president of the Superior Electoral Court and as a justice of the Supreme Federal Court.
