Cecilio Martínez
Cecilio Martínez (born 1 February 1943) is a Paraguayan footballer. He played in nine matches for the Paraguay national football team from 1961 to 1963. He was also part of Paraguay's squad for the 1963 South American Championship. Small Club World Cup
The Small World Cup () was a football tournament held in Venezuela between 1952 and 1975 (with some journalists considering 1952–57 the period of greatest relevance, and the second period that took place between 1963 and 1975 as of minor relevance). In most of the occasions, the competition was played by four participants from Europe and South America. In the first period, clubs from three countries would win the tournament: Spain, Brazil and Colombia.
