Peruvians ( es, peruanos) are the citizens of Peru. There were Andean and coastal ancient civilizations like Caral, which inhabited what is now Peruvian territory for several millennia before the Spanish conquest in the 16th century; Peruvian population decreased from an estimated 5–9 million in the 1520s to around 600,000 in 1620 mainly because of infectious diseases carried by the Spanish. Sir Richard Starkey (born 7 July 1940), known professionally as Ringo Starr, is an English musician, singer, songwriter and actor who achieved international fame as the drummer for the Beatles. ''Guilty Pleasures'' is a 2007 album by the band Lazlo Bane, consisting entirely of cover versions of various hits from the 1970s. Unlike the band's previous album, ''Back Sides'', which was released only digitally through online music stores, ''Guilty Pleasures'' was released both on CD and digital download formats. It is also the only Lazlo Bane album where every member of the band sings lead vocals on at least one song. Overview The project was first announced through the band's Myspace blog in January 2007 with the first song mentioned being " Stuck in the Middle with You". Lazlo Bane is an alternative rock band from Santa Monica, California, United States. ''Man @ Work'' is the eighth studio album by Scottish Australian singer Colin Hay, released by Compass Records in July 2003. Overview The album is a career-retrospective for Hay: he is best known as the lead singer for the 1980s Australian pop band Men at Work, and roughly half of the songs on this album are Hay's solo studio renderings of works from the Men at Work catalog, while several others are remixes or re-recordings of material from his solo albums.
