Cecile Sinclair
Cecile Sinclair (born 21 February 1987) is a British-Dutch model. She is best known as the winner of the third cycle of Holland's Next Top Model. Biography Sinclair was born to a Kiwi father of English descent and Dutch mother in Manama, Bahrain. Due to her father's occupation, Sinclair has spent her childhood living in various places, including San Francisco, Hong Kong and England. Sinclair finished the International Baccalaureate at the International school in Surrey, United Kingdom. She also attended the Roosevelt Academy in Middelburg, Netherlands. Modelling career Sinclair's modelling career began during the second year of university, when she was scouted for a fashion show in a regional museum. In 2007, she competed in the third cycle of ''Holland's Next Topmodel'', winning the competition. Holland's Next Top Model, Cycle 3
The third cycle of ''Holland's Next Top Model'' premiered on 15 October 2007 on RTL5. This was the first cycle of the series to be hosted by Dutch model Daphne Deckers, who replaced the previous host, Yfke Sturm after two cycles. All of the previous season's judges returned for the new cycle, with the exception of photographer and creative director Carli Hermès, who was replaced by photographer Philip Riches. Bastiaan van Schaik also replaced stylist Ruud van der Pijl as a mentor for the contestants. Marine salvage is the process of recovering a ship and its cargo after a shipwreck or other maritime casualty. Salvage may encompass towing, re-floating a vessel, or effecting repairs to a ship. Today, protecting the coastal environment from spillage of oil or other contaminants is a high priority. Before the invention of radio, salvage services would be given to a stricken vessel by any ship that happened to be passing by.
