Rakeem Cato (born March 28, 1992) is an American football quarterback for the Fayetteville Mustangs of the National Arena League (NAL). He played college football at Marshall and was the Thundering Herd's starting quarterback from 2011 to 2014. As a professional, he has played for the Montreal Alouettes of the Canadian Football League (CFL) and various Indoor/Arena football leagues. Sarah Margaret "Molly" Scott Cato (born 21 May 1963) is a British Green Party of England and Wales, Green politician, economist and activist. She served as a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) for South West England (European Parliament constituency), South West England from 2014 to 2020. Cordell Cato (born July 15, 1992) is a Trinidadian footballer who last played for Oklahoma City Energy FC in the USL Championship. Career On January 17, 2012 it was announced that Cato had signed with Seattle Sounders. After making 8 competitive appearances in one season, the Sounders declined to pick up a contract option on Cato. Cato's MLS rights were traded to the San Jose Earthquakes on March 1, 2013. Suzanne Noreen Cato (born 20 June 1968) is an Australian-born New Zealand children's entertainer. She is best known as the host of several New Zealand children's television programmes, most notably ''Suzy's World'' and '' You and Me''. ''Cato's Letters'' were essays by British writers John Trenchard (writer), John Trenchard and Thomas Gordon (writer), Thomas Gordon, first published from 1720 to 1723 under the pseudonym of Cato the Younger, Cato (95–46 Before Christ, BC), the implacable foe of Julius Caesar and a famously stalwart champion of Roman traditionalism (''mos maiorum''). Kelvin Tavares Cato (born August 26, 1974) is an American former professional basketball player. College career Cato was an obscure player averaging six points and six rebounds at the University of South Alabama in 1992–93. At that time, he struck up a relationship with then University of New Orleans coach Tim Floyd, who recognized Cato's potential. In 1994, Floyd took over as head coach at Iowa State University and convinced Cato to transfer to Iowa State. Marcus Porcius Cato "Uticensis" ("of Utica"; ; 95 BC – April 46 BC), also known as Cato the Younger ( la, Cato Minor), was an influential conservative Roman senator during the late Republic.
