Catherine Britt
Catherine Elisabeth Britt (born 31 December 1984) is an Australian country music artist who has had success in both her native Australia and in the United States. She started her career in Newcastle in 1999, she moved to Nashville from 2002 to 2008 and then returned to Australia. Britt has had three singles in top 40 on the US ''Billboard'' Hot Country Songs charts with "The Upside of Being Down", her highest, peaking at No. 36 in 2004. Britt has released seven studio albums in Australia, where all seven have appeared on the ARIA Albums Chart, '' Too Far Gone'' (16 January 2006), ''Little Wildflower'' (14 January 2008), ''Catherine Britt'' (28 May 2010) and '' Always Never Enough'' (10 August 2012). ''Always Never Enough'' is the fifth studio album by Australian country music singer Catherine Britt. The album was released in August 2012 and peaked at number 44 on the ARIA Charts. The album was supported by a national tour across June and July 2012. At the ARIA Music Awards of 2012, the album was nominated for the ARIA Award for Best Country Album. At the AIR Awards of 2013, the album won Best Independent Country Album. Background and release Since the release of her last self titled album in 2010, Britt won numerous awards for songwriting; including "Sweet Emmylou" which won 'Single of the Year' at the 2011 Country Music Awards of Australia. 2ARM FM is a community radio station, first established in the late 1970s, broadcasting from Armidale, New England (New South Wales) Australia. The station maintains a 24/7 365 days a year service. Golden Guitar
The Big Golden Guitar is one of the many "big" attractions that can be found around Australia. Located in Tamworth, New South Wales, the monument is one of the best-known points of interest in New England. It is also a major attraction during the Tamworth Country Music Festival.
