Catch (Kosheen Song)
"Catch" is a song by British electronic music group Kosheen. Written by the group members—Sian Evans, Markee Ledge, Mark Morrison, and Decoder (artist), Darren Beale—"Catch" was included on Kosheen's 2001 debut album, ''Resist (Kosheen album), Resist'', as the third track. The song was originally released in November 2000 as a double A-side with "Demonstrate" but did not experience success in the United Kingdom until a re-release in 2001, when "Catch" by itself reached number 15 on the UK Singles Chart. The song additionally became a top-40 hit in four European countries and Australia. Release and reception In the United Kingdom, Moksha Recordings released "Catch" as a double A-side with "Demonstrate", which would become the opening track of ''Resist (Kosheen album), Resist''. ''Resist'' is the debut album by English electronic music group Kosheen. The album was first released on 25 June 2001 in the Benelux countries as a limited edition by Moksha Records. The UK edition was then released on September 17 as a sixteen-track record by Sony BMG. The Japanese edition, released in 2003, was a double-CD set containing fifteen B-sides and remixes, plus the exclusive track "Tell Me". The BBC used the song "Catch (Kosheen song), Catch" in trailers for Series 1 of ''24 (TV series), 24''. "Hide U" and "Pride" were both featured in the soundtrack for ''FIFA Football 2003''.
