Casper Pedersen
Casper Philip Pedersen (born 15 March 1996) is a road and track cyclist from Denmark, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . In 2015, he competed at the 2015 UCI Track Cycling World Championships in the men's omnium. He won the bronze medal in the team pursuit at the 2015 UEC European Track Championships in Grenchen, Switzerland. In September 2018, announced that Pedersen would join them on a three-year deal from 2019, initially with a role as a domestique in the Flanders classics and the team's sprint train. In 2020, he won his first race with the team at Paris–Tours in a two-man sprint with Benoît Cosnefroy. In 2023, he moved to , and won the Figueira Champions Classic that February. 2015 UEC European Track Championships
The 2015 UEC European Track Championships was the sixth edition of the elite UEC European Track Championships in track cycling and took place at the Velodrome Suisse in Grenchen, Switzerland, between 14 and 18 October. The Event was organised by the European Cycling Union. All European champions are awarded the UEC European Champion jersey which may be worn by the champion throughout the year when competing in the same event at other competitions. Eschborn–Frankfurt, previously Rund um den Henninger Turm Frankfurt, is an annual semi classic cycling race in Germany, starting in Eschborn and finishing in Frankfurt. The event, sometimes referred to as the Frankfurt Grand Prix, is held annually on 1 May, national Labour Day in Germany. Scandinavian Race is an annual bicycle road race held in Uppsala, Sweden. Between the years 1909–1937 and 1940–1945 the race was run as a time trial; in 1956 it was held as a team time trial. Since 2008, it is organized as a 1.2 event on the UCI Europe Tour. Paris–Roubaix Juniors
Paris–Roubaix Juniors (or Le Pavé de Roubaix) is a single-day road bicycle race held annually in April in northern France for junior cyclists (aged 17 and 18) ahead of the senior Paris–Roubaix classic race. It is organised by the Vélo-Club de Roubaix Lille Métropole, who organize the under-23s version, Paris–Roubaix Espoirs. In 2019, the race faced "imminent cancellation" due to difficulty finding sponsors. German cyclist John Degenkolb, 2015 winner of the elite Paris–Roubaix race, started a GoFundMe campaign to help fund the race. The fundraiser passed its goal of €10,000 within 24 hours, including €2,500 from Degenkolb himself. In 2020, the organizers of Paris–Roubaix named a 4-star sector of cobblestones after Degenkolb, in recognition of his efforts to help the junior race continue. The 2020 edition was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with the 2021 edition moved from April to 3 October. Benoît Cosnefroy (; born 17 October 1995 in Cherbourg) is a French cyclist who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . Career Junior and amateur years Cosnefroy was born into a family passionate about cycling. His grandfather was the organizer of a race in the English Channel, while his father often took him to see bike races during his youth. He first started competing at the age of 8 with the Union Concorde Bricquebetaise.. In 2011, he joined the Pôle Espoir de Caen, where he stayed for three years.
