Casey Coleman (baseball)
Joseph Casey Coleman (born July 3, 1987) is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Leones de Yucatán of the Mexican League. He has played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Chicago Cubs and the Kansas City Royals. Early life Coleman was born in Fort Myers, Florida, and graduated from Mariner High School in Cape Coral, Florida. He played college baseball at Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) for the Florida Gulf Coast Eagles baseball team. At FGCU, Coleman was teammates with future major league pitchers Richard Bleier and Chris Sale. Career Chicago Cubs Coleman was drafted by the Cubs in the 15th round (461st overall) of the 2008 MLB draft. On August 2, 2010, Coleman was called up to the MLB for the first time. The Omaha Storm Chasers are a Minor League Baseball team of the International League and the Triple-A affiliate of the Kansas City Royals. Randy David Wells (born August 28, 1982) is a former Major League Baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Toronto Blue Jays and Chicago Cubs. Richard Sidney Bleier (born April 16, 1987) is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Boston Red Sox of Major League Baseball (MLB). He has previously played in MLB for the New York Yankees, Baltimore Orioles and Miami Marlins. In high school, he was a State of Florida All Star in 2005.
