Casalpusterlengo is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Province of Lodi in the Italian region Lombardy, located about southeast of Milan and about southeast of Lodi. It received the honorary title of city with a presidential decree on October 30, 1975. The town has a Baroque church of Santi Bartolomeo e Martino, which was built in the 14th-century but refurbished between 1602 and 1610. The town also has a communal palace and a tower from the medieval castle.
