Caryocolum Peregrinella
''Caryocolum peregrinella'' is a moth of the family Gelechiidae. It is found in northern Spain, the southern Alps (France, Italy, Slovenia and Austria), Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia and Greece. The length of the forewings is 7.5–8 mm for males and 7.5–9 mm for females. Adults have been recorded on wing from mid-July to mid-September. The larvae feed on the leaves of ''Silene ciliata'' and ''Petrocoptis pyrenaica''. Larvae can be found in mid-June. Gottlieb (formerly D. Gottlieb & Co.) was an American arcade game corporation based in Chicago, Illinois. It is best known for creating a vast line of pinball machines and arcade games (including ''Q*bert'') throughout much of the 20th century. History Gottlieb's main office and plant was at 1140-50 N. Kostner Avenue until the early 1970s, when a new modern plant and office were opened at 165 W. Lake Street in Northlake, IL. A subassembly plant was also built in Fargo, ND. The company was established by David Gottlieb in 1927 with his brother Sol, and initially produced only pinball machines. In October 1932 the company moved to a factory four times the size of its previous one. Gelechiidae
The Gelechiidae are a family of moths commonly referred to as twirler moths or gelechiid moths. They are the namesake family of the huge and little-studied Taxonomic rank, superfamily Gelechioidea, and the family's taxonomy (biology), taxonomy has been subject to considerable dispute. These are generally very small moths with narrow, fringed wings. The larvae of most species feed internally on various parts of their host plants, sometimes causing galls. Douglas-fir (''Pseudotsuga'') is a host plant common to many species of the family, particularly of the genus ''Chionodes'', which as a result is more diverse in North America than usual for Gelechioidea.
