Cartier Diarra
Cartier Ducati Diarra (born February 6, 1998) is an American basketball player. He played college basketball for the Kansas State Wildcats and the Virginia Tech Hokies. Early life and high school career Diarra grew up in Harlem, New York, and broke his foot at the age of two. He was mainly raised by his mother, Danyelle Lee, alongside siblings Abraham, Cyncere and LadiRoyale, and rarely spoke to his father. Diarra grew up taking dancing lessons at Uptown Dance Academy. As a freshman, Diarra played basketball for Cardinal Hayes High School in The Bronx, New York. After one year, he transferred to West Florence High School in Florence, South Carolina, where he began living with his aunt, Lillian Shabazz. Kansas State Wildcats Men's Basketball
The Kansas State Wildcats men's basketball team represents Kansas State University in college basketball competition. The program is classified in the NCAA Division I, and is a member of the Big 12 Conference. The head coach is Jerome Tang. The program began competition in 1902. The Tulsa Golden Hurricane men's basketball team represents the University of Tulsa in Tulsa, in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. The team participates in the American Athletic Conference. The Golden Hurricane are led by head coach Eric Konkol, hired from Louisiana Tech on March 21, 2022 to replace Frank Haith who had resigned. 2019 Big 12 Men's Basketball Tournament
The 2019 Phillips 66 Big 12 men's basketball tournament was the postseason men's basketball tournament for the Big 12 Conference. It was played from March 13 to 16, in Kansas City, Missouri at the Sprint Center. No. 5 seed Iowa State defeated Kansas 78–66 to win the championship and receive the Big 12’s automatic bid to the 2019 NCAA tournament. It was Iowa State's fourth Big 12 title in the last six years. The Kansas Jayhawks men's basketball program is the intercollegiate men's basketball program of the University of Kansas.
