Caroline Blanco
Caroline Blanco (born 1980) is a Danish film producer best known for her collaboration with May el-Toukhy. Career Blanco graduated from the National Film School of Denmark's film producer course in 2008. She has produced May el-Toukhy's debut film '' Long Story Short'' (2015) as well as her second film ''Queen of Hearts'' (2019) which won the Nordic Council Film Prize audience award in the World Cinema Dramatic category at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival. Personal life Blanco is married to film director and screenwriter Tobias Lindholm with whom she has three sons. They live in Copenhagen. The National Film School of Denmark () is an independent institution under the Danish Ministry of Cultural Affairs. It was established in 1966 and is based on Holmen in the harbour of Copenhagen. ''Queen of Hearts'' (, The Queen) is a 2019 Danish drama film directed by May el-Toukhy, and starring Trine Dyrholm and Gustav Lindh. The Nordic Council Film Prize is an annual film prize administered by the Nordic Council. The Nordisk Film & TV Fond is the funding body that administers the prize. History The first award was handed out in 2002 to celebrate the Nordic Council's 50th anniversary. Since 2005 the prize has been annual. Tobias Lindholm
Tobias Lindholm (born 5 July 1977) is a Danish screenwriter and film director. His 2015 directed film '' A War'' was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film. In addition to ''A War'', he has directed the films '' R'' (2010), '' A Hijacking'' (2012), and '' The Good Nurse'' (2022). He has also written for multiple films and TV series.
