Lucbel Carolina Indriago Pinto (born August 22, 1980, in Valencia) is a Venezuelan American show hostess and a pageant titleholder. She was born in Valencia, Venezuela on August 22, 1980. She is the first woman of noticeably African heritage to win the Miss Venezuela title. Chaguaramas (pronounced, in the local English dialect, "shag-gah-rah-muss") lies in the Northwest Peninsula of Trinidad west of Port of Spain; the name is often applied to the entire peninsula, but is sometimes used to refer to its most developed area.
