Carole Montgomery
Carole Montgomery is an American Stand-up comedy, standup comedian, writer, producer, director and actress. Early life Montgomery was born April 19, 1958, in Brooklyn, Brooklyn, New York, where she lived until she moved into Manhattan in the early 1980s. Career In her early career she performed in various comedy clubs in the NYC area including the legendary Catch a Rising Star (comedy clubs), Catch a Rising Star and Who's on First, both now shuttered. In 1987 she made the move out to Los Angeles with her husband Todd. It is in LA that Montgomery's television appearances started to multiply. She has been featured in over 2 dozen television shows, including Showtime's ''Comedy All Stars 6'' with Don Rickles and ''Politically Incorrect'' with Bill Maher. The Search For The Funniest Mom In America
''The Search for the Funniest Mom in America'', or simply ''Funniest Mom'', is an American reality competition television series that aired on Nick at Nite for three seasons, from 2005 to 2007. Each season had ten female comedians (all mothers) competing to be named the funniest. The winner got $50,000 and the chance to host a special night of programming on the network. For the first two seasons, the prize also included the opportunity to develop her own show for Nick at Nite; this was dropped for the third season. No television series starring any of the winners has made it to air. The show first aired as a special on May 3, 2005, with stand-up comedian and actress Sandra Bernhard serving as host. Paul Ogata is an American stand-up comedian and actor. Early life and education Ogata was born and raised in Pearl City, Hawaii, and moved to Los Angeles in 2006 to devote more time to performing stand-up comedy. Ogata graduated from the University of Hawaii. In college, he briefly studied electrical engineering, a field for which he showed some aptitude as a teen. (Ogata wrote a video game at the age of 13.)
